Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at SUN WUI FAMILY RESTAURANT INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for long periods of time.
