Data Science Manager

As a Manager, Data Science, you will lead a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing, and applying Machine Learning models to drive business outcomes. You will collaborate with partners across the company to develop our AI vision, identify and prioritize AI use cases, and implement solutions.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years' experience in an analytical and innovative environment, including at least two years in management or coaching. You should have a strong understanding of underlying Machine Learning theory and the Predictive Modeling Lifecycle. Previous experience in insurance or finance is an asset.
As a Manager, Data Science, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing, and applying Machine Learning models.
- Helping build the industry's best data science team by keeping our specialists motivated and engaged in an agile environment and helping them grow their careers.
- Collaborating with partners across the company to develop our AI vision, identify and prioritize AI use cases, and implement solutions.
