About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our Data and Analytics organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving the development of AI features for our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data scientists to develop and deploy AI features for our games.
  • Collaborate with game teams to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support data science initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into game development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and AI.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects and teams.
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
