Data Science Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Science Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our Data and Analytics organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving the development of AI features for our games.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of data scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions for game development.
- Collaborate with game teams to understand their needs and develop AI features that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage project roadmaps, milestones, and experiments to demonstrate the impact of data science on game titles.
- Work with other data science team leaders to develop and implement data science strategy across the organization.
- 8+ years of experience in the data industry, specifically in data science, AI, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience leading projects, developing teams of data scientists, and managing relationships with partners.
- 3+ years of experience manipulating data sets, building statistical models, and deploying models.
- Expert status in analyzing complex, multi-dimensional data sets with a variety of tools.
- Experience with project management and process frameworks like Agile and Scrum.
- Programming experience with at least one scripting language: Python, R, or Scala.
- Experience using SQL to query databases.
- Application deployment using AWS, GCP, Virtual Machines, or Docker.
