About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Science Manager to join our Data and Analytics team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving the development of AI features for our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions for game development.
  • Manage the development of AI features for our games, including data analysis, modeling, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with game teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including game leads, technical directors, and development directors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data science capabilities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects, developing teams, and managing relationships with partners.
  • Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  • Experience with data management and deployment using AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
