As a Manager, Data Science, you will lead a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing, and applying Machine Learning models to drive business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy Machine Learning models
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases and implement solutions
  • Helping build the industry's best data science team by keeping specialists motivated and engaged in an agile environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' professional experience in an analytical and innovative environment, including at least two years in management or coaching
  • Data science enthusiast with a background in a related field, including Machine learning, Computer science, Software engineering, Physics, Actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics
  • Understanding of underlying Machine Learning theory and the Predictive Modeling Lifecycle
  • Previous experience in insurance or finance is an asset
  • Strong communication, time management, and work organization skills
