Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Z&M Food Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Maintain internal record-keeping systems
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
