Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Mechanical Systems Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for M&E components of infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates.
  • Provide expert advice on M&E cost estimation and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Participate in probabilistic risk assessment workshops to calculate contingency provisions.
  • Provide cost benchmarking and validation for major infrastructure projects.
  • Actively interface with project clients, key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants during all project stages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in cost estimating positions across pre-contract/post-contract phases of infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with estimating software used on major civil engineering projects.
  • Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management Degree and/or M&E Certification or equivalent.
