Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Warm and Welcoming Service - Greet guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Manage Guest Check-In and Check-Out - Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Handle Guest Inquiries and Requests - Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Payments and Transactions - Accurately handle guest payments, including credit card transactions and cash handling.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace - Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized, reflecting the high standards of our hotel.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues - Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Previous Front Desk Experience - Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Technical Skills - Be proficient in front office software and have basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands - Be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move around the hotel as needed.
