Restaurant Operations Manager

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess the leadership skills necessary to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance shareholder value through efficient operations and cost controls
- Manage a corporate-owned restaurant in line with company policies while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction
- Supervise daily operations including labor scheduling, supply management, and team development
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee profit & loss by maintaining cash security procedures, managing inventory, and analyzing financial reports
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members
- Authority in hiring and dismissals
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program
- Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
- Implement marketing programs effectively
- Create a safe work environment and promote safe practices
- Employee recognition and motivation
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build and lead a strong team
- Basic business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Preferably a college or university degree, but relevant experience will be considered
- Prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility
