Retail Store Manager

Paradise Hill Gas Station is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting products and services to drive sales growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on business.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage Cash: Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate sales staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
