Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant II to join our team at Lawtons Paradise Lawtons Pharm. As a Pharmacy Assistant II, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and supporting our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prescription assembly and data entry
  • Process customer transactions and receive and release prescriptions
  • Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries
  • Promote PROfile programs
  • Compounding and Pill Pack Assembly
  • Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning
  • Drug order creation and receiving
  • Schedule professional clinical services (medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state management)
  • BTC management
  • Administrative Duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TML's, manual third parties
  • Assist with other pharmacy operations as required

Requirements

  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate or other Pharmacy Recognized program
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
