The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, generating employee reports, assisting with organizational projects, and ensuring the proper maintenance of HR documentation. Candidates with a degree in Human Resources or a recognized HR certification, along with excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office, are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish
- Generate employee reports, including health and safety, leave, and absence documentation
- Assist with organizational projects and company-wide events
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, such as birthday cards and point systems
- Maintain HR records and databases with accuracy
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a professional HR certification is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Willingness to commit to full-time employment (40 hours per week)
