HR Associate

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Associate performs a variety of administrative tasks and related general office duties that require the use of established work methods and procedures in the area of personnel/payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines.
- Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure efficiency and compliance in various processes.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in managing associate incentives and recognition programs.
- Address associate concerns and partner with HR Manager or Platform Manager to resolve issues.
- Act as an advocate for associates to maintain the company's Open Door Policy.
- Prepare counseling and follow-up documentation.
- Ensure compliance-based and brand-specific training is completed.
- Support HR Manager/Platform Manager as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to organize events for associates and the airport.
- Provide HR-related guidance to associates.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a well-lit and ventilated area.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- May require lifting up to 20 lbs.
