About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Visualization Developer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and informative dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex Power BI dashboards to meet the reporting and analytical needs of the dealer network and sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop data visualizations that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and DAX
  • Optimize and improve existing dashboards and reports to ensure maximum user adoption and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices to ensure our dashboards are always cutting-edge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI, including DAX language and measures
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing and updating SQL queries to pull and transform complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data storytelling and creating engaging visualizations
  • Strong desire to stay current with the latest innovations in business intelligence and data visualization
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing data-driven projects or initiatives
