Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Visualization Developer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and engaging analytics dashboards to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, leveraging DAX language and measures to create actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of work showcasing your expertise in data visualization and business intelligence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in business intelligence and data visualization.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through effective storytelling and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX language and measures.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and update complex SQL queries.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques.
- Strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in business intelligence and data visualization.
- Innovative mindset and demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
- Interpersonal skills and motivation to work in an open team environment.
