About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Visualization Developer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and engaging reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to meet the analytical needs of the dealer network and sales team.
  • Collaborate with the North America Finance team, credit department, and sales support teams to provide necessary analytics in preparation for business planning and update meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of work that showcases your skills and experience with Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in technology and business intelligence, and apply this knowledge to improve our analytics visualization toolbox and guidelines.
  • Present business insights and findings to senior-level stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX language and measures.
  • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and update SQL queries to pull and transform complex data sets for analysis.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present processes and findings to a non-analytical audience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data storytelling and the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in technology and business intelligence.
  • Innovative mindset and demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
