About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at BRP. As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the Channel Management, Services & Analytics function with the delivery of BI projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify and define product challenges, opportunities, and data/business rules.
  • Design and develop MS Power BI dashboards from prototype to complete data modeling and back-end structure.
  • Structure dashboard layouts through an end-to-end design process, applying design thinking principles.
  • Apply industry best practices related to Power BI datasets performance and execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure product quality and data accuracy.
  • Work in coordination with the business units and analytics team in an agile (Sprint) way to deliver on identified initiatives.
Requirements
  • Passion for data analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a focus on MS Power BI, demonstrating the ability to create engaging and interactive visuals and reports.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders to interpret and translate business requirements into effective visualizations and reports.
  • Good knowledge in querying databases using the SQL language.
  • Problem solver with critical thinking skills, including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in analytics product design and PowerBI development, showcasing a deep understanding of data visualization principles and proficiency with relevant tools, particularly MS Power BI.
