Power BI Visualization Developer
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Visualization Developer who will collaborate closely with the Finance Team Lead to exceed the reporting and analytical requirements of our dealer network and sales teams. In this position, you will play a crucial role in designing advanced analytics dashboards that enhance user experience through innovative interface practices. Your contributions will significantly influence business inquiries by delivering effective digital reporting designs and insightful visual representations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize Microsoft Power BI to craft an engaging reporting environment tailored for the dealer network and sales teams. Assess data comprehensively and swiftly to derive insights through visual data representation. Identify deficiencies in existing reports, metrics, and processes, collaborating with relevant teams to address them. Structure and design MS Power BI dashboards and reports based on industry best practices to enhance user adoption. Optimize current dashboards, reports, and scorecards while exploring new design solutions. Pinpoint continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the analytics visualization toolkit and guidelines. Provide updates on business impact progress for senior-level presentations. Work alongside the North America Finance team, credit department, and sales support teams to deliver essential analytics for business planning and updates.IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI in a professional context, including proficiency in DAX language and measures. Strong SQL capabilities, including writing and modifying SQL queries to extract and transform complex datasets for analysis. Over three years of hands-on experience in data visualization using Power BI, with a portfolio of work available for review. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present processes and findings clearly to non-analytical audiences.Preferred Qualifications:
