Core Competencies
  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
  • Experience in Home and Community Care is an asset
  • Current BCLS certification (Level C)
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Charting on Procura is an asset
Requirements
  • Clear and updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable car in community homecare is required
  • Up to date TB test within last 2 years
  • Must have your own stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and Sphygmomanometer
