About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 9483527 Canada Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in achieving our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating activities, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Recruitment Support: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Office Operations: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
