Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at 9483527 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all activities meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating activities, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
