Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Compensation Strategist to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing executive compensation strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement executive compensation strategies that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
- Design and administer executive compensation programs, including long-term equity incentive plans, to drive business results and retain top talent.
- Provide analytical support and counsel to senior leaders and the Board of Directors on compensation-related matters.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IS to administer and maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and other tools.
- Oversee and audit the ongoing execution of compensation and recognition programs to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our compensation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, HR, and other stakeholders.
