We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's compensation and recognition landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation Program Design and Implementation: Develop and implement effective compensation programs that align with our business objectives and industry best practices.
- Executive Compensation: Design and administer executive compensation programs, including long-term equity incentive plans, to attract and retain top talent.
- Pay Equity and Compliance: Oversee pay equity reviews and ensure compliance with legislative requirements, including those related to unionized and non-unionized groups in Ontario and Quebec.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of our benefits programs, including health and wellness benefits, to ensure seamless delivery and excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate compensation data and reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, HR colleagues, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite, as well as experience with SAP/SUCCESSFACTORS.
