Front Desk Representative

Miette Mountain Cabins is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working order.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, with knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
