Miette Mountain Cabins is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process guest payments, calculate charges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide wake-up calls to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in multi-line switchboard, word processing software, and database software.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
