About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Hightain Group Corp. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and Price Goods and Services

Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for our products and services.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

Identify and solicit potential clients to promote our goods and services, and assess their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate solutions.

Provide Ongoing Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide additional support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Present Goods and Services

Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our goods and services, and resolve product and service-related problems.

Provide Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, and work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Work Environment

As a Technical Sales Specialist at Hightain Group Corp., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and products, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
