Before and After School Program Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our Before and After School program at Prospect Road Elementary. This role is essential in creating a safe and engaging environment for children during non-school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being and safety of children in the program.
- Develop and implement recreational activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
- Foster effective communication with children, parents, and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in child care or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recreational programming.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification is an asset.
- Competitive pay rate of $18.28 per hour, plus vacation pay.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM and 2:15 PM - 6:00 PM.
