Job Summary:The EXCEL Group Leader will be responsible for leading before and after school programs for elementary age students. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead before and after school programs for elementary age students
- Develop and implement engaging recreational programming
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff
- Collaborate with the EXCEL team to ensure program success
- Minimum one year's experience working with elementary age students
- Knowledge of recreational programming
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
