Group Leader: Before and/or After School Programs

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our EXCEL program team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading before and/or after school programs for elementary age students in various locations throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead before and/or after school programs for elementary age students
- Develop and implement engaging and educational activities
- Supervise and support students during program hours
- Collaborate with other program staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Minimum one year's experience working with elementary age students
- Knowledge of recreational programming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
