Pinchin Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our Finance & Administration department in Canada.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely billing processes, manage project budgets, and maintain proper authorizations and documentation.
- Project Initiation: Collaborate with Project Managers to set up new projects, approve billing terms, and prepare project budgets.
- Project Invoice Preparation: Process project-related billings, prepare draft billing documentation, and post entries into the accounting software.
- Project Close Out: Change project status, clear advance billings, and calculate project variances.
