Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Make a positive and lasting impression on our patients, from the moment they arrive at our practice to the moment they leave.
  • Optimize Appointment Scheduling: Ensure our schedule is full, with minimal gaps, to provide efficient and effective care to our patients.
  • Manage Patient Calls and Inquiries: Respond to patient calls and inquiries in a positive and professional manner, ensuring all appointments, confirmations, and amendments are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage Cancellations and Overcome Objections: Effectively manage potential cancellations and overcome objections to motivate patients to keep their appointments.
  • Process Patient Payments and Claims: Bill patients as they leave the treatment room, take payment, send claim forms to insurance, and respond to all fee inquiries in a positive manner.
  • Manage Patient Records and Charts: Accurately maintain patient records and charts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Process Referral Letters and Correspondence: Manage and file all patient correspondence, including referral letters, upon receipt from our providers.
About You
  • Minimum 1 Year of Administrator Experience: We require a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
  • Clinical Background Considered an Asset: While not required, a clinical background is considered an asset for this role.
  • Experience with Dental Software: We require experience with dental software, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
