**Who are we?**
Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc] is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU). LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).
Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.
**Role and context**
The Reservations and Billing Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of reservation operations, the billing of services for customers to the FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) and the maintenance of inventories of products required for ramp operations. This role is crucial to ensuring impeccable customer service and the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
**Key responsibilities**
- Managing and preparing reservations for services rendered, including fuel, maintenance and aircraft parking fees.
- Coordinate invoicing for FBO services, including the management of requests in real time.
- Keeping the billing and reservation management systems up to date.
- Monitoring inventories of products essential to aeronautical operations.
- Working with the maintenance and ground service teams to coordinate the services required.
- Working with the Finance department to improve invoicing and inventory management processes.
- Establishing standard operating procedures for the booking and billing processes to ensure consistency and quality of work.
- Prepare booking and invoicing reports.
- Resolve booking and billing issues with customers.
- Regularly analyse booking and billing data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting in managing relations with suppliers and partners.

**Specific job requirements**
- Training in business administration or related field an asset
- Previous experience in reservations and/or billing management.
- Understanding of aeronautical operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Ability to solve complex problems quickly.
- Fluency in French is required for this position. Knowledge of English is also required in order to interact with English-speaking customers in Canada and elsewhere in the world.
