Rôle et responsabilités

L'IQVIA Medical Communications est à la recherche d'un(e) Rédacteur(-rice) médical(e) principal(e) et leader humain(e) pour gérer une équipe croissante de rédacteurs de communications scientifiques et médicales et créer des produits livrables assignés.

Compétences et qualifications requises

  • Expérience confirmée (plus de 6 ans) dans la rédaction de divers documents de communication médicale, y compris des programmes de planification de publications, des documents destinés à des symposiums et à des expositions, ainsi que du matériel éducatif.
  • Expérience en rédaction de nouvelles propositions commerciales, souhaitable.
  • Expérience de mentorat et de gestion du rendement requise.
  • Direct line report experience (1+ years), souhaitable.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, correspondant à un niveau approprié pour encadrer le personnel débutant et assurer la validation du contrôle de qualité en tant que rédacteur(-rice) médical(e) principal(e).
  • Compétences très avancées en matière de développement de contenu sur PowerPoint et Word.
  • Familiarité avec les outils et les approches de recherche.
  • Excellente attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à accomplir des tâches multiples et à établir des priorités de manière efficace.
  • Excellente connaissance des lignes directrices actuelles du code applicable à l'industrie et de leurs implications.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de présentation.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais à un niveau extrêmement avancé ou anglais comme langue maternelle.
  • Capacité à accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir des priorités de travail de manière efficace.
  • Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les collègues, les responsables, les clients et les fournisseurs.
