Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Tulip E-Commerce and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse operations to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and control warehouse expenses and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, logistics, business administration).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
