Compétences requises

  • Expérience confirmée dans la rédaction de divers documents de communication médicale
  • Compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et de communication
  • Connaissance des outils et des approches de recherche
  • Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative et professionnelle

Responsabilités

  • Rédiger des documents de communication scientifique et médicale de haute qualité
  • Diriger une équipe de rédacteurs médicaux
  • Identifier et piloter des initiatives d'amélioration des processus
  • Recruter, intégrer et former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'études supérieures en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine lié à la santé
  • Expérience de mentorat et de gestion du rendement
  • Compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe
