We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Suvnj Hospitality Inc. o/a A&W. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they leave the restaurant satisfied.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
