Position Overview

RBR Ltd. is in search of a meticulous and systematic Finance Administrator to enhance our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure organized and precise documentation for accounts payable to facilitate efficient processing and address discrepancies.
  • Engage in effective communication with vendors regarding account statements, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of corporate credit cards.
  • Assist the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes by updating HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing financial processes.
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients, support collection efforts, and analyze collection challenges.
  • Facilitate the enrollment and modification of benefits and retirement programs.
  • Participate in additional activities and ongoing improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a college diploma in a relevant field such as accounting, payroll, or finance.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in accounts payable within an accounting or finance setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Prior experience and understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable, especially regarding online invoicing portal submissions.
  • Ability to work effectively with various software applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and execution.
  • Strong comprehension of integrating multiple systems and their functionalities.
