Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide product information, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Language Proficiency: Effectively communicate in English and French, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Order Management: Process orders from various sources, review EDI orders for accuracy, and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address customer complaints, propose solutions, and resolve issues in a collaborative and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor systems, detect problems early, and suggest methods to improve area operations and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Customer Care role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Solid Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word, with excellent data entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Language Skills: Excellent language and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
  • Personal Qualities: Quick learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
