- Language Proficiency: Effectively communicate in English and French, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Order Management: Process orders from various sources, review EDI orders for accuracy, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address customer complaints, propose solutions, and resolve issues in a collaborative and efficient manner.
- Process Improvement: Monitor systems, detect problems early, and suggest methods to improve area operations and efficiency.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Customer Care role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skills: Solid Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word, with excellent data entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Language Skills: Excellent language and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
- Personal Qualities: Quick learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
