Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process work orders and maintain accurate records in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet performance standards

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
  • French language proficiency is an asset
