Location: Regina or Saskatoon, SK

Elevate your professional journey with Pinchin as we seek a Building Science Technologist to enhance our Building Science & Sustainability division in either Regina or Saskatoon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Condition Assessments
  • Perform Building Investigations
  • Execute Reserve Fund Studies
  • Engage in Technical Report Writing
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors
  • Prepare Proposals
  • Develop business development skills to maintain and expand client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or a diploma in Architectural/Civil Technology is preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in building assessments is preferred.
  • Experience with Baseline Property Condition Assessments per ASTM Standard E is advantageous.
  • Commercial Building Inspector experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle are required (work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed).
