Bioriginal, a global leader in nutritional innovation, is seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to join their team. With over 30 years of expertise and recent expansion through five acquisitions, the company blends scientifically sourced ingredients to create unique solutions, driving trends in the Food and Nutraceutical sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related study, and 3+ years of experience in data management, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong Excel skills, experience in SQL and data manipulation languages, and ability to analyze complex data sets are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain master data records in line with company policies and standards.
- Audit master data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and resolve any data discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce data governance practices to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data integration across systems.
- Identify and suggest improvements to data management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to master data processes, including data standards, procedures, and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users on master data related topics and systems.
