Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Param's Quick Lube and Repairs. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, customers, and vendors, including preparing and sending reports, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
