About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our loyalty growth initiatives as a Sr. Manager of Loyalty Revenue Growth at Loblaw Companies Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive loyalty growth and revenue expansion for our supplier partners.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of loyalty programs, including the launch of new vendor pilot programs and the management of existing programs.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with our supplier partners to understand their needs and develop tailored loyalty solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and market trends to inform loyalty program development and optimization.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of professionals responsible for executing loyalty initiatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in retail, loyalty, CPG, or consulting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
