Food Service Operations Manager

The role of the Restaurant Manager at Jessys Pizza is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accurate completion of balance sheets and cash reports.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Supplier Negotiations: Manage relationships with suppliers to secure food and necessary supplies.
- Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
Supervise a team of 1 to 4 staff members, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
