Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional bending and crouching.
