CUSTOMER APPLICATIONS ANALYST

As a vital member of our team, you will be focused on enhancing the customer journey by utilizing and assisting in the implementation of advanced data exchange technologies with our clients and partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Revamping processes through the adoption of innovative technologies
  2. Grasping customer needs to provide optimal solutions
  3. Overseeing and diagnosing various systems to guarantee their proper operation
  4. Facilitating and sustaining data connections between J.D. Irving's partners and clients
  5. Evaluating and supporting technological advancements
Your Qualifications:
  1. A University Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  2. A minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience
  3. Familiarity with EDI, API, TMS & Shipping System solutions, along with a comprehensive understanding of Web Services
  4. A solid grasp of business integrations
