CUSTOMER APPLICATIONS ANALYST

Regular Office Hours

Your Focus:

  1. Modernizing processes through leveraging of technologies
  2. Understanding customer requirements to deliver the best fit solution
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure they are functioning as expected
  4. Enable and maintain data channels between Midland's partners and customers
  5. Test and support technology enhancements

You have:

  1. A University Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
  2. At least 4 years of related work experience
  3. Experience with EDI, API, TMS & Shipping System solutions, together with a thorough understanding of Web Services
  4. A strong understanding of business integrations

You are:

  1. Technically inclined: process-oriented and driven by a natural curiosity
  2. Thrive in an environment where you can work independently as well as collaboratively
  3. A continuous learner: acquiring new skills and software applications is second nature
  4. At home in a fast-paced work environment where solutions are not always clearly defined
  5. A practiced communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  6. Organized, analytical, and business savvy
