Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Modernization: Utilize cutting-edge technologies to modernize our processes and improve efficiency.
  2. Customer Requirements: Understand and deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
  3. System Monitoring: Troubleshoot and ensure the smooth functioning of various systems.
  4. Data Channel Enablement: Establish and maintain data channels between Midland's partners and customers.
  5. Technology Enhancement: Test and support technology enhancements to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. Education: University Degree or Diploma in a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 4 years of related work experience.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EDI, API, TMS & Shipping System solutions, and Web Services.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business integrations and data exchange technologies.
