About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Applications Analyst to join our team at Midland Transport Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in improving the customer experience by leveraging and implementing improved data exchange technologies with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Modernize processes through the effective use of technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Understand customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure they are functioning as expected.
  4. Enable and maintain data channels between Midland's partners and customers.
  5. Test and support technology enhancements to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  1. A University Degree or Diploma in a related discipline.
  2. At least 4 years of related work experience.
  3. Experience with EDI, API, TMS & Shipping System solutions, together with a thorough understanding of Web Services.
  4. A strong understanding of business integrations.
